Door Technician Apprentice – Commercial Doors

We are a small, family-run commercial door company seeking a reliable, hands-on individual to join our team. No prior door experience required—we provide training.

This role involves working on automatic doors, overhead doors, and commercial door systems at commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation of doors and hardware
• Use drills, anchors, and basic hand tools
• Load/unload materials and maintain job sites
• Follow directions from lead technician

Requirements:

• Must be reliable and show up on time
• Basic experience using tools (drill, level, tape measure)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Preferred:

• Spanish-speaking
• Construction or mechanical background

Pay:

• $18–$22/hr based on experience
• Raises based on performance
