The Franklin Lakes Chamber of Commerce invites business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, organizational leaders, and community members from throughout Bergen County and surrounding New Jersey communities to experience Grow & Connect, our monthly morning networking breakfast. Our next gathering takes place Friday, September 11 at 6:45 AM in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. Grow & Connect is built around a simple philosophy: Community First. Relationships Second. Business, if there’s a fit, naturally follows Third.™ This is not networking built around collecting as many business cards as possible or immediately trying to sell something to everyone in the room. The goal is to create an environment where people from different industries and backgrounds can meet, have genuine conversations, learn about one another, and begin developing relationships. When people build trust and understand what others do, opportunities for referrals, collaboration, partnerships, and business can develop naturally. The Franklin Lakes Chamber is intentionally growing a diverse business community that includes independent businesses, entrepreneurs, professional practices, financial institutions, service companies, larger organizations, and community leaders. Chamber membership is not required to attend Grow & Connect, and professionals from outside Franklin Lakes are welcome.
