Participants will explore the definition of change management from a psychological/emotional perspective
and the problems and opportunities associated with implementing change in the workplace. Participants will
also analyze the necessary steps managers must initiate in order for effective change in their organization.
These steps include understanding how current trends and technology influence capacity building, creating
an effective strategic plan to include implementation, effective communication, empowerment of employees,
and protocol for support, and dealing with counter resistance.
