Per Scholas Newark

Jessica Zorola is the Managing Director for Per Scholas (Newark) setting the regional vision and strategy by representing the organization externally to community and employment partners and leads the Newark team to meet and exceed programmatic and fundraising goals each cycle. Previously, Jessica worked for Year Up New York I New Jersey where she launched the first partnership site in February 2020 at Hudson County Community College in Jersey City, NJ. During her time at Year Up, Jessica has worked to expand recruitment community partnerships in New Jersey and New York to build a diverse talent pipeline to meet and exceed enrollment outcomes. Jessica started her career at the University of Houston (Houston, Texas) and Rutgers University – Newark (Newark, NJ) in a variety of academic, admission, and operation management roles.
