Job Description:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Facilities, the Maintenance/Porter will support the facilities department in maintaining restrooms and public areas during performances across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is hard-working, attentive, punctual, and exercises good judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of all restroom facilities and ensure safe operations.
- Sweep, mop, empty trash, restock supplies, and respond to cleanup emergencies.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations.
- Monitor trash and recycling bins in the lobby and bars.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons professionally.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience in cleaning methods.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical work.
- Ability to communicate well with supervisors and staff.
- Commitment to upholding company standards for safety and efficiency.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods; ability to bend, kneel, and stoop.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Compensation:
- Part-time, non-exempt position.
- Hourly pay rate: $17.00.
