Visions Federal Credit Union is hiring a Senior Branch Member Account Specialist FLOAT. This position is responsible for providing exceptional member service by performing transactions and adhering to service expectations established through the Trusted Advisor training. The role involves assisting members with reviewing and correcting member statements, handling overdrawn accounts, and resolving related member accounting problems. Responsibilities include using appropriate equipment and software to obtain members' status, input information, and process withdrawal checks. The Specialist will assist members in setting up new accounts, balancing checkbooks, managing IRA accounts, shares, and CDs. The role also involves processing death claims, providing general credit union information, and cross-selling credit union products and services. Additionally, the Specialist will interview members for consumer loans (excluding mortgage lending), review loan applications, and refer applications to the Loan Officer in accordance with credit union policies.

Location:
The position is based in Saddle Brook, NJ, with coverage provided to branches within Bergen, Essex, and Morris County.
Education & Experience:
The position requires a minimum of a high school education or GED, with a preference for candidates holding a certificate or degree in financial services or customer service. The ideal candidate will have one to two years of successful experience in customer service, retail, banking, or the financial services industry. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are preferred.
