Women’s Leadership Conference

YWCA Northern New Jersey’s Annual Women’s Leadership Conference, taking place on Wednesday, March 11, at 8:30 a.m. at the Valley Regency in Clifton, New Jersey.

This annual conference brings together a diverse audience of women leaders, corporate professionals, entrepreneurs, and small business owners to share actionable insights, strategies, and tools for personal and professional growth. The event is designed to inspire women who are shaping the next chapter of their lives and careers, while fostering meaningful connections across our community. This year’s theme, Bring Your “A” Game into 2026: Audacious, Authentic, and Accountable, is a call for women to lead boldly, stay true to their values, and take ownership of their impact in an ever-changing world.
