Job Description:
This position is a crucial part of our success and client retention, and your role has two parts. One, you’ll work directly with clients issuing certificates and binders, answering billing questions, assisting in applications, and developing lasting relationships with various individuals from our client’s operations. Two, you’ll work with our senior account managers, assisting them in their duties with things like reviewing policies to ensure proper coverages, working on new business and renewal submissions, working on document management, or any other tasks that help move their work process forward.
 
Some of your Tasks:
· Issuing certificates of insurance and binders
· Resolving customer questions
· Sorting out direct bill inquiries
· Billing new and renewal accounts in our system
· Checking policies vs proposals to ensure policy accuracy
· Assisting in claims
 
License/Certification:
P&C Insurance License (Preferred)
 
Qualifications and Skills:
1+ year of Sales Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident self-starter who works well independently
Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
Bilingual is a plus
This is a part-time position that would change in a couple of months to a full-time position.
