Job Description
You will be a critical part of our membership team as the Coordinator, Customer Outreach & Retention. You will be responsible for coordinating NJBIA’s engagement and retention strategy to improve the overall user experience and markedly increase membership engagement. Analyzes digital market and membership data to drive targeted strategies to engage customers and increase retention rates. Works cross-functionally with various departments to establish strategic plans and goals and is accountable to meet set goals. This role works closely with the marketing team to inform required content, analytics, and execution of digital content initiatives for the Association across all platforms to increase engagement and retention. Provides support to all membership programming.
