Job Description
 SHCCNJ is hiring: Event & Administrative Support​
 
  • Organize, plan and support Signature & Networking Events
  • Work with Events Manager and Office Manager to coordinate event logistics
  • Set up before and Clean up after events
  • Procure and organize supplies for events (Maintain office and event supply inventory and organization)
  • Coordinate volunteers for events
  • Assist all members at events with their questions and comments
  • Contribute to events by overseeing registration, providing customer service and supporting sponsors, exhibitors, and event attendees
  • Contact event sponsors for in-kind contributions for signature event gift bags
  • Support marketing efforts
