Job Description

We currently have a position available for an English / Spanish bilingual individual with QuickBooks, Payroll and Insurance experience for a landscape company with 50+ employees.

This is a part-time position preferably afternoons. This position requires a high degree of respect for confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks REQUIRED.

Bilingual in Spanish a MUST.

Pivotal Duties

  • Payroll
  • Insurance

  • Collections
  • Hiring & Onboarding

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Payroll recording, tracking, processing, and reports.
  • Employee recruitment & advertisement placement.
  • Phone interviews & employment verification.
  • Background checks and drug testing.
  • New employee orientation and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee files & assist with employee relations.
  • Oversee employee procedures and protocol.
  • Track required employee training and education hours.
  • Maintain and implement employee handbook.
  • Review and maintain Liability, workman's comp, vehicle & employee insurance policies.
  • Assist administrative staff with overdue accounts & process paperwork for collection or attorney.
  • File accident reports.

This position requires high degree of respect for confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks REQUIRED.

Bilingual in Spanish a MUST

Requirements:

  • Technology literate
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • English Spanish bilingual a must
  • Minimum 5 years experience in payroll or accounting
