Job Description
You will be a critical part of the NJBIA team as the Administrative Associate working for the Chief Government Affairs Officer. You will be on the front line supporting our lobby team in providing timely updates to our members on legislative issues & labor laws that effect businesses in NJ. You will provide administrative support to the Chief Government Affairs Officer and one Vice President. You will manage the coordination and scheduling of meetings and events – both in person and virtual & scheduling calls. You will manage multiple high-priority tasks and expense reporting
.
You will have the opportunity to work with all levels of staff including special projects in a cross functional capacity in marketing, events and executive level staff.
