Grant opportunity for New York and New Jersey based restaurants

We’re thrilled to share this opportunity from DoorDash, Accion Opportunity Fund, The Five-
Borough Chamber Alliance, and the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey
- the DoorDash Accelerator for Local Restaurants.

 

The Accelerator aims to increase access to restaurant education to help small businesses adapt, grow, and thrive. The 8-week program will provide $10,000 grants and a training program to selected restaurant owners in New York and New Jersey.

 

This Accelerator is specifically designed with resources, speakers, and content most relevant and applicable to restaurants owned by women, immigrants, and people of color, but is open to all. The curriculum will feature topics like marketing, financial planning, and menu. building. Participants will also receive merchandising and marketing benefits from DoorDash.

 

The Accelerator is open to restaurants based within the five boroughs of New York City and/or 
New Jersey counties of Bergen, Essex, Hudson, or Union .

Applications are open until May 12.
