Office Administration manager with tax experience

Job Description
The candidate will perform administrative and office support activities for CPAs and attorneys. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, recording entries in QuickBooks, process payments, word processing, billing and filing evictions and tenant notices, dealing with tenant phone calls, creating spreadsheets and presentations. During tax season, this person will help on the tax return filings. Flexible hours. Detail oriented, computer literate essential (Word & Excel). Experience with UltraTax and Quickbooks is preferred.
