Manager, Annuity Inforce Services Operations

Prudential has an exciting opportunity for a results and service oriented individual to lead one of our Annuity Inforce Services Operations areas. The incumbent will be accountable for the overall performance and administrative activities for a staff of approximately 50 direct and indirect reports.  This individual will have responsibility for multiple highly technical Annuity Inforce Services functions and will provide leadership, guidance, and counsel to Managers and associates. The Manager, Customer Service will also recognize, recommend and implement operational improvements in a fast paced environment and ensures adherence to day-to-day application of organizational policies and procedures. Building relationships with internal and external partners is foundational along with the delivery of exceptional service to meet Prudential’s client experience standards.

Investment Manager Research Analyst

The incumbent will be a member of the Investment Oversight Team which is focused on maintaining PBF's investment platform of registered and unregistered insurance separate account strategies. PBF currently manages over $23 billion in COLI/BOLI/TOLI assets, split among approximately 50 strategies. Asset classes include various high quality fixed income sub-classes and various equity strategies including domestic and international. The analyst will be responsible for conducting on-going platform monitoring and oversight, including adherence to investment guidelines. The analyst is expected to critically analyze different investment markets, manager investment styles and portfolio characteristics and evaluate their impact on investment performance and across the competitive asset management landscape. The creation of accurate and detailed reports is required. The analyst will be responsible for fulfilling regulatory requirements with respect to registered fund offerings and various ad-hoc projects.
